We have a REALLY large compost pile at St. Brigid's. It's filled with good and yummy things for the garden -- decomposed leaves, grass, worms, etc. Don't worry it doesn't smell.
It's got some yucky things in it too -- candy wrappers, plastic cups, sticks and stones.

What to bring?
•Sunscreen
•Something to drink
•Gloves
• Camera (optional)

How to get involved?
•Come down to the compost pile behind the rectory.
Scoop up some un-sifted compost in the bucket.
•Dump compost on screen.
• Sift (using bucket or gloved hands.)
• Throw yucky stuff in dumpster.
• Either leave the "good stuff" on the ground under the screen or, if the wheelbarrow is available, spread on garden beds around the church.
Come ANYTIME!!
