Gracious God,
We give you thanks and praise
for you have brought together
in a single church
people of many nations,
cultures, and languages.

Our diversity is our strength,
and our unity is a gift
of your Holy Spirit.

We, though many,
are one Body in Christ.
Help us become better disciples
of your Son, Jesus.

Guide us as we grow as a
community of faith.
Show us mercy and forgiveness,
so that we may be merciful
and forgiving to others.

Grant us the unity we need to
help build your kingdom.
We ask this and all things
through Christ, our Lord.
