Saint Brigid’s is a Roman Catholic Parish in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, New York on Long Island.  We are over 7,000 families and we celebrate masses in four languages each Sunday: English, Spanish, Haitian-Kreyol and Italian.

The contributors to this blog are a group of families who are interested in sharing what they are experiencing at Mass each week and sharing their experiences of God in their lives.

We decided to start this blog as a response to Pope Benedict XVI’s letter about using social media.  Some of our kids did an interpretation of this letter which can be seen on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KC3m-82wbbo
